Why are items on pre-order?
We're a small, intentional brand that produces in limited batches. Pre-orders let us make exactly what's needed — reducing waste and ensuring every piece is made with care. It also means you get your size guaranteed before we sell out.
When will my order ship?
Each drop has its own shipping window, which is listed on the product page and confirmed in your order email. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Will I be charged now or when it ships?
You're charged at checkout. This helps us cover production and guarantees your spot in the drop.
What if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Your order will ship once everything is ready. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes — reach out to us at addiegreyco@gmail.com before your order ships and we'll take care of it.
What if my size sells out before I get to order?
Join our waitlist and you'll be first to know when we restock or open a new drop.
