Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because we’re launching with pre-orders only currently, we want to be as transparent as possible about how returns and refunds work. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Pre Orders
Items marked as pre-order are made specially for our launch.
Your payment secures your item in advance.
Estimated shipping date: Mid-End of November. If there are any changes, we’ll notify you by email right away.
Canceling a Pre-Order
- Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as your order has not shipped.
- After 7 days, pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled.
Returns After Shipping
Once your pre-order has shipped, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked Final Sale (for example, limited editions or clearance). These cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our products! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at addiegreyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
